Patient Exchange Program
MediCann Members exchange their personal Cannabis through a compassion exchange program. In 1996 the State of California passed Proposition 215, the Compassionate Use Act. It permits patients and their primary caregivers, upon receiving a Physicians recommendation, to possess and grow Cannabis for their personal use. The Patient Exchange Program permits MediCann patients to benefit from patient grown, quality Cannabis. Donations support scientific vetting and Cannabis community research.
