We are excited to announce our
Patient Exchange Program
MediCann Members now have the opportunity to exchange their personal Cannabis through our Patient Exchange Program. Learn more about this great program now.
In 1996 the State of California passed Proposition 215, the Compassionate Use Act. This made it legal for medical marijuana patients and their primary caregivers, upon receiving a Physicians recommendation, to possess and grow marijuana for their personal use.
In 2004, SB 420 was passed. SB 420 recognized the right of patients and caregivers to associate collectively or cooperatively in cultivating and having access to safe, quality, medical marijuana. MediCann continues to support these movements.
Our Patient Exchange Program allows MediCann patients to benefit from personally grown, lab tested, quality Cannabis.
